📍Milestones
2021
I dove headfirst into the digital business world, mastering Google Workspace and other project management tools. I also explored social media marketing, handled admin tasks that let me flex my organizational superpowers.
2022
Started working behind the scenes for small business owners, learning GoHighLevel (GHL) and setting up their first automated systems. I realized how much smoother businesses could run when the right systems were in place.
2023
This year was all about leveling up - building more complex systems, integrating multiple tools, and refining processes for efficiency. I focused on connecting GHL with other platforms, creating workflows that actually talk to each other.
2024
I began focusing on long-term partnerships, helping clients keep systems running smoothly. One highlight was joining a fast-growing mental health practice, providing backend and admin support, and maximizing Google Workspace features and apps for the team.
2025
Worked closely with the leadership team, managed VA teams, and led the full automation of the company’s processes and systems. GHL had become so much fun for me at this point, I was honing the skill of making even complex workflows feel seamless. With all the new features and updates rolling out on the platform, there was always something to learn.
2026
Officially launched Go-Roena Services, bringing together everything I’ve learned: tailored systems, workflows, and ongoing support to help businesses run smoother and grow with confidence.
