Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 

Welcome to Go-Roena Services. By using this website or engaging in services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Go-Roena Services provides digital support services including, but not limited to:

  • GoHighLevel automation setup and optimization

  • Google Workspace setup and management

  • Website management

  • Administrative and marketing support services (as available)
     

Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

 

2. Independent Contractor Status

Go-Roena Services operates as an independent contractor. Services are provided on a contract basis only and do not constitute employment or a partnership.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed hourly or per agreed project scope.

  • Payment terms will be clearly communicated before work begins.

  • Work may be paused if payments are delayed.

  • All completed work must be paid in full according to the agreed terms.

  • Payments for services are accepted via Wise (formerly TransferWise). Details for payment will be provided in the invoice. Client is responsible for any bank or transfer fees.
     

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and necessary access to tools or accounts

  • Communicate clearly about project expectations

  • Respond in a timely manner to avoid delays

Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

 

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of materials created specifically for their business.

Go-Roena Services may reference completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Go-Roena Services is not responsible for:

  • Business revenue or financial outcomes

  • Third-party platform outages or changes

  • Data loss caused by external systems

  • Client misuse of implemented systems
     

Services are provided with professional care, but results may vary depending on implementation and external factors.

 

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any outstanding balances must be paid for work completed up to the termination date.

 

8. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
